Parks & Rec-  Blair has over 150 acres of parks and a variety of recreational facilities.  Black Elk-Neihardt Park is the highest point in Blair and overlooks the community and the Missouri River valley.  Lions Club Park is heavily shaded and home to an 1880 train depot that is being restored.  Ralph Steyer Park has a swimming pool and a skateboard park, and very unique trees! De Soto National Wildlife Refuge provides great photography opportunities and wildlife viewing.
